About Renata Brajkovski
Renata studied law in Eastern Europe and worked as a legal clerk for the Government of The Republic of Macedonia for several years but somehow gravitated towards the windy city of Chicago. Renata has worked in environments which require customer service, integrity, customers relations, customer retention and communication. Her strong interpersonal and communication skills and positive, outgoing nature are the perfect fit for working with clients that translates seamlessly to real estate.
Renata is a natural listener, a relationship builder and a strong deal facilitator. Her goal is to help clients find the home they are looking for while providing the information and support they need to move forward with confidence.
As of the beginning of 2020, Renata became a part of the management team at 235 W Van Buren Condo Association. She and her colleague Michael manage a 714 unit condominium building in the Chicago Financial District (the Loop).
Since moving to Chicago, Renata has lived in Rogers Park and Edgewater. Her native language is Macedonian, but she is also fluent in English, Serbian, Bulgarian and Croatian. As a broker and a property manager with several years of experience and an expert in condominium sales and purchases, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in buying, investing and selling real estate here.
